The hotel's food service left something to be desired. Breakfast pastries disappeared rapidly with slow replenishment. Dinner felt rushed because dishes arrived too quickly, and the gnocchi was sadly bland. It did not seem freshly prepared! -The staff did not quickly replace the fresh fruit. The food was too salty.

the location offered magnificent views of the bay. i found the room service to be prompt. the renovated bedroom was comfortable. the dining options provided variety.
i noticed the gym needs equipment upgrades. this would enhance the workout experience. i hope they consider these improvements soon.

The location was very nice. Carlyon bay beach was a short walk. the coastal path to charlestown was easily accessible. the sea facing room offered fine views, including the mussel farm.
the outdoor pool was closed, disappointing. the indoor pool felt small. i found that the breakfast pastries and fresh fruit often ran out without being replenished.
